National Sales Team

We are in the process of growing KRE8ivU into new schools, school districts, charter schools, municipalities, and local faith-based facilities. In any county, city, and state where there are students and available instructors. To accomplish this mission KRE8ivU is expanding its sales team.

 

For the purpose of growing KRE8ivU into a national company. Our goals are simply to have We are building a team that can adapt to new ideas & technologies, who will collaborate with team members displaying excellent communication skills. 

 

Job Description:

 

  • To contact public, private, and charter schools, speak to school administrators. Find key people and educate them about KRE8ivU’s programs

  • Speak to municipalities and faith-based facilities

  • Seek out corporations who can use our programs for team-building exercises

 

This is a work from home position. Therefore the applicant is required to have access to a smartphone and their own laptop with internet access at their home location. During work hours the area used for calling must be quiet and professional sounding.

Part-Time or Full Time

 

Compensation:

 

$40,000 to $90,000 Annually - Commission only

 

Experience Level:

 

Entry Minimum 2 Years in professional sales

 

Bilingual:

 

Not mandatory but a plus

Skills and Software Knowledge:

 

  • Skilled in phone/direct sales

  • Aware of STEM/STEAM education

  • Knowledgeable about project-based learning

  • Experience with CRM’s

  • Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets and other Google Apps

  • Be familiar with online video streaming and meeting applications

  • MS Office Products, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, and others

Access/own the software/hardware:

 

  • Must own laptop windows or mac (or fairly new IOS or Android tablet) 

  • Must own a reliable vehicle

  • Must own a smartphone (IOS or Android)

  •  

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

 

  • Advanced proficiency with both phone and direct sales

  • Demonstrate experience in closing deals

  • Understand and meet production goals

  • Experienced in being able to both research and understand educational required standards of different states and match our outcomes

  • Knowledge of Music Production and Cinematography is a plus

  • Understanding STEM/STEAM education programs

  • Advanced skills in proposal writing

  • Grants writing experience is a plus

  • Organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, focused, punctual, responsible and reliable

  • Experience teaching or working with students is preferred (but not required)

  • An authentic "can do!" personality, as well as a natural tendency to be proactive and take initiative
